This document supplements the Summary of Key Information and the Letter of Authority.
By signing this document and the Letter of Authority, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here and in the Summary of Key Information.
What We Will Do
- We will gather as much information as possible about your case. In some instances, we may require documentation from you.
- We will assess the circumstances to determine if your case meets our internal requirements. If it does not, we will provide guidance on how to proceed independently.
- If your case qualifies, we will take action by filing complaints with the relevant financial institutions.
- If the bank does not handle your complaint fairly, we may escalate the case to the relevant authorities for further action.
- We will keep you informed throughout the process, with updates at key milestones and at least every six months.
Processing Time
Each case is unique, and timelines may vary. Generally, our process follows these stages:
- Free Consultation – We assess your case and advise on the next steps.
- Investigation & Tracking – We gather evidence, communicate with financial institutions, and attempt recovery.
- Secure Fund Recovery – If applicable, funds are returned to you after successful negotiations.
Fees & Payment
- Our fees range from 3-5% of recovered funds, depending on the complexity of your case.
- You only pay if your case is successful. No recovery, no fee.
- The fee is automatically deducted during the withdrawal process, meaning you will receive the recovered amount minus our service fee.
- If refunds are received in stages, the applicable fee will be deducted from each installment.
What is a "Successful" Case?
A case is considered successful if you receive funds from your bank or a relevant institution due to our assistance.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time by contacting your assigned agent or emailing info@nsa-regulator.net.
No fees apply unless a recovery has already been secured.
Data Protection
We handle personal data in compliance with data protection regulations. (A full Privacy Policy will be provided separately.)
